Just a little note on Frequencies. As mentioned else where I can not guarantee that all frequencies are still valid. All you can do is put them in your scanner, sit back and listen. With the advent of most newer scanner having separate banks to put X amount of frequencies/channels in (usually 10 to 20) you could put in certain groups listed and just listen to them for awhile. Example: Try adding the 8 frequencies listed for the Mansfield Correctional Institution into one bank and just listen to them only, then you will know which ones are very active and which ones are used very little or none at all.

Also you will find many frequencies being utilized in several places, a good example is 155.370 which is a state wide frequency Mansfield PD will use it on occasion as well as Richland Country Sheriff and other agencies too. So you will see this frequency being added under different sections. I have elected not to included the low band frequencies any more, chances are they are not in use at this time. Should anybody want what I have, let me know and I will get them to you.

We will try and add as much of the new frequencies as we get them. We know more and more things are going digital now, and we hope to be able to bring you some of that as we go along. I still want to encourage anyone with a digital scanner that listens allot to please send me anything I do not have listed already, that would be of great help to anyone that loves to listen to scanners and has a digital scanner already. So far as mentioned else where most of Richland Country on things like local police, fire etc have not switched over yet but really it is only a matter of time.
